there are multiple sources for exercises but you should once plan with your Physiotherapist or Family Doctor , resources at the internet are not used without discussion with your Doctor. because many exercises may have the effect on normal muscles and lead to hyper mobility. and instability of relative joint, therefore, it is advised that at the Gym trainer should be there for proper weight lifting or other body exercises at the gym .
